You have to take legal action against your spouse if you find a serious fault on her part. It is your legal right to bring a cheating spouse under the law and let the truth get revealed and the right decision taken. When you are struggling with your marriage and you know that your partner is not happy with you let the person confess. Ask your partner to take a correct decision. If the partner is your wife ask her if she would prefer to carry on with her marriage and be loyal to you or she would like to go steady with the new relation she is having in recent past.
Take your partner to a legal counselor. If she listens to the legal counselor and agrees to turn a new leaf then it is fine. However, if she denies or acts to be honest and still carries on with her illicit relationship then it is surely time for her to face a legal action. Don’t ever mercy a cheating spouse.
